The place was fairly clean and pleasant, had courteous staff especially receptionist. We were upgraded to airy standard queen room with a nice view. The location close to the train station was charming.

Its location in Kingston upon Thames was incredibly comfortable, short walk to the Rosslyn Park rugby 7s tournament, taxi to the tournament, and Twickenham Stadium. Booked a room with splendid views over the gardens.
Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

Luxurious and clean place, amazing view of the London skyline. Well-appointed units and efficient staff at reception desk. Fantastic setting in the lovely quiet area, very close to normal conveniences, such as restaurants and shops, the park and Norbiton railway station.

The hotel was in a central setting unfortunately on the second night everything seemed to be focused on the wedding taking place here. And it was also not far from scenic Richmond Park and buses into Kingston and the garden.
